UK Payslips is a payslip generator, payslip calculator and payroll record manager. It is not HMRC-recognised payroll software and does not make Real Time Information (RTI) submissions to HMRC.
Employer responsibility
Employers remain responsible for operating PAYE correctly, deducting the right amounts, and making required reports and payments to HMRC.
Calculations are a guide
Figures produced by the calculator or on draft payslips depend on the information entered and the configured tax-year rates. Individual circumstances, benefits, previous pay and cumulative adjustments can affect actual deductions.
Tax-year data
Rates and thresholds are sourced from official UK Government publications but must be verified by an administrator before use in live payroll.
