The service
UK Payslips is a payslip generator, payslip calculator and payroll record management tool. It is not HMRC-recognised payroll software and does not submit Real Time Information to HMRC.
Your responsibilities
Employers remain responsible for operating PAYE correctly, making required reports to HMRC, and ensuring the information entered — tax codes, pay, year-to-date figures — is accurate.
Accuracy of calculations
Calculations use the rates configured for the selected tax year. While we take care to base these on official UK Government information, you should verify figures before relying on them.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Availability
The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update or change features over time.
